I think the post is a great reality check. College is stressful and stress can build to a extreme level. This is great advise, step back, take a deep breath, and take it all in but do not get overwhelmed. Take each step as a individual task. It is not a week of finals but a single test, one at a time. Relax and you will feel and do better.
